We took a long walk in the December drizzle,  so Bunbun came in wet, muddy and all aaround bedraggled. So into the tub for a quickie bath. 

Why does mommy's good intentions always strike in the worst of weather? 

The old sweatshirt traps the heat coming up from the radiator behind the sofa.

But anyway, yay, it's beef stew day.

All bathed, trimmed,  and brushed for mommy's birthday.  Now if only I can get the little princess to pose.

New dinner menu

Peas, carrots,  broccoli, 40grams of chicken breast, and 17 grams of orijen kibble.
We tried the royal canin for weight loss kibble, and it worked when she was on it, but she gained it all back when the diet was over.
I figure, if  we carefully calculate the calories for a 15% loss, it might be more enjoyable if she gets some healthy real food while she's losing weight. The bulk should fill her up, too. Breakfast is still kibble only.
So far, the poos have been fine: firm and normal colored, not gloppy.
Anyway, the Bumster likes broccoli even more than chicken.  Weird dog.
